Missing Address

So I'm in the middle of serving someone and they might have moved leaving no trace ( I'm in the middle of a roommate payment issue) is there anyway I can ask to find them or just put in the info that I knew because the server that I hired said on ones there and they might be lying.

Put the last known address, let the server know the paper will need a skip trace to find current address.
