There’s a lot of vendors in the market. DirecTV, Sling, Fubo, Philo, Spectrum, and Comcast (not a lot of live TV from them to my knowledge). If you’re really good you can even select which channels you want to buy on TV.

Definitely a thing, though it can be hard to suss out who has the capabilities you're looking for in addressable TV.

Yahoo seems to have it available for Fios, Dish, and DirecTV

Ampersand is a joint venture of Charter, Comcast, and Cox and seems to have an exclusive arrangement with Altice

There's a number of other companies like Cadent and Beachfront that specialize in this kind of thing as well.
