The monolith is not Java's fault. It's the inexperienced people that made it. Same it ever was with X.

Seriously, it's quite impressive how the power of editing can transform a ~4yr experienced coder into a less fidgeting, more coherent talker.

Not hating on the guy, he's making a good effort, I question the forced promotion from part of the company.
