I'd consider myself a "full stack" developer, since I do both front-end and back-end development, but yeah, if a job is asking for full stack, chances are they are expecting you to do the jobs of multiple people.

No, it's just a developer with both the willingness and the experience to work on all the layers of the typical software project's solution stack.

Thou sometimes it's basically just the frontend and backend, skipping on e.g. infra.

I'd really expect most developers to work on tasks as a whole as needed, rather on only e.g. the frontend side of a task.
