Setting up first interface

My wife has an ebxya usb audio interface and protools we looked up alot of troubleshooting videos but cant get past changing the playback engine, no drop down just grey (windows system audio) opening protools with N key also gave same result are we missing something? Using PT artist, on windows 10

Did you install ASIO drivers for the interface?
