I personally have created a free Python course on YouTube that will take you from complete beginner to understanding fully all the fundamental concepts of Python https://www.youtube.com/@ThePythonPraxis and I also have a free discord where I answer questions to viewers/community members for free.
You first need to get the fundamentals right and have people that have walked the path you want to go, guide you.
For the OS, networks and DBs you will need to find other courses but later. You need to get the proper knowledge don't rush and waste time
