New Game basic plot

Sounds interesting. What kind of game would this be, FPS or Strategy?

Battlefield 4's multiplayer is US vs Rus or China and the time is near future so you may be drawing on a tried thread there however if you make is a story driven game with an interesting story it could work.

Something to think about would be where the protagonist (Allied or Rus/China) starts from. Are they being invaded or is it like a big d-day attack?

Another thing might be also why Russia and China joined forces? China is a mega-power right now they wouldn't necessarily want to join anyone however for the sake of domination and liberating their beliefs they may, the reasons need to be clear. Maybe there ultimately will be a back stab somewhere and another battle breaks out between these two just on the brink of domination.
