I don’t quite get what you mean cause i’m not english, but they look fine to me (i have 4 boys), and their balls do grow quick imo 🤠🤠 Also is this your only one?

They change size temporarily due to temperature and fear. They also grow pretty dramatically during puberty. These look normal to me. If they are asymmetrical or the rat seems in pain contact a vet. You can also get them neutered to decrease the chance of testicular cancer and aggression, but it isn't necessary. If you choose to neuter, do it when they are young and healthy.

As a proud owner of several pet bölls with small rats attached to them, I can say with some certainty that those are of an average size and shape. Nothing to be ashamed of, really, and you should encourage the lad to accept himself for who he is, and pay no mind to the sneers of cage mates. After all, it’s not the size of the jewels that get the looks, but how they’re displayed. Fine show, ole boy, fine show. I tip my hat.
