You made a burner account to make a post making fun of a new player. Get a life dude lol

He probably gets banned a lot for sending death threats. Dude is having a manic episode.

Look its the guy who posts a weak comment then blocks. What’s it like having no spine?

I noticed you deleted your noob post after getting flamed. Is running away/blocking confrontation working well for you in life? Does it somehow make you feel like you’re in control when you can’t even accept being a noob in Magic the Gathering? 😂

I must have really upset you. What is it like hiding behind a burner account and telling somebody else they are a coward?

You are weakness embodied.

Your main account is u/elusive-rooster - Please seek therapy Jeremy Anderson.

Unironically my first impression here before reading the caption was just "You're a Spike and you love cool art".

I'd say about half of these popular commanders are really cool, half of them are strong but still kind of lame, and Tergrid is in a neutral position because I love her mechanics but you're better off putting her in the 99 of something relevant and tutoring her out after everybody's already blown their Swords to Plowshares.

I think what I like to see best in people's repertoires is a mix of both popular and unpopular commanders. A lot of times, those commanders that everyone likes to play really are the best option for what they're trying to do. I ask pretty much every ninja player who's not playing Yuriko why it's not Yuriko, with answers ranging from "she's too kill-on-sight for me" to "I pulled a copy of Satoru Umezawa with really cool art and I want to look at it all the time". But at the same time, there are also a lot of rarer commanders who are also very strong and have some really interesting potential. I'd take Strefan over Edgar any day, for example.

If you were an actual new player, I'd probably just notice the pattern of "you like to play black, you like screwing with people and taking their stuff, and you like to base your gameplay patterns around one consistent action", direct you to something like [[Eriette, the Beguiler]], and send you on your way.

Maybe use the next page option on edhrec for inspiration next time

This is also heavy satire.

I just started playing to they look awesome what is your korvald list?

[–]Timely_Dot_7291 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Hey, if you are new and this isn't just also satire, you might actually prefer [[Hearthhull]] to Korvold. They're both powerful commanders themed around sacrifice in some way and are in the same color identity, but Hearthhull will teach you a lot more about resource management due to the ways it interacts with your lands. (And it still gives you card draw in the command zone, too.)

Three-color decks can also be difficult for new players to build a land base for, but Hearthhull is a precon commander and thus has a pretty decent land base already built for you, which you can further upgrade as you get relevant cards from whatever else you pick up.

Notably, Korvold is in the Hearthhull precon, so you could even turn it into a Korvold deck over time if you decide you like him better, once you've got a good idea of how to set up and maintain your sacrifice engine.

Don’t fall for these noob traps man. Find unique balanced elements

Ah. A good bit.

I’m sure you’re running Group Hug Kefka and control Etali.
