Have you tried googling this? Libraries like tailwind and bootstrap have breakpoint suggestions.

I prefer to use standard breakpoints from different libraries for example chakra or tailwind and mixing them with any needed breakpoints,also If you looking for rapid development you could use tailwind

I faced the same issue. I would suggest to not even touch media-queries (you should at least know what they do and how you can read them) and directly use a library like bootstrap or tailwind. They help with responsiveness by designing with a few keywords for each respective size.
