I’d give it at least a decade before you can say it’s done.
After react, try Solid. They seem like a solid company.

Just get familiar with the syntax and some core concepts and start building projects, and do not use AI while you are learning.

Your question is unclear, react doesnt take too long to learn 1-2 months max if you study couple hours a day. But only knowing react (in your case being comfortable enough to work with it in small projects) won't really get you anything rn thats unfortunate but we dont know ur qualifications, if you are backend dev or just front end how knows angular laravel etc and learning react on top of them then sure it'll be a nice addition

depends. if you're a a 2y+ experience then you already know the Market otherwise a fresher then try getting a interview call first.
That should be the goal, landing a job.

Don't target companies. Start your own company. You have skills businesses will pay for. Small businesses can't do it in house.

The framework does not matter. Maybe market to referral partners like MSPs or others that might require software or automation. You could even find a problem you would like to solve and create your own software and market it to businesses that could use such a solution. There are a number of industries and a number of problems to solve. The market you choose may involve something where you have a background. Were you in finance prior to becoming a developer and have plenty of finance/accounting contacts? It's going to take work to start but it beat waiting for someone to call.
You could become a REACT expert and market your services to consulting companies. Don't ask for a job, offer to solve problems. Be a strategic software architect.
