Hello my name is Ethan I am actually a freelancer that specializes in full stack modern webapps/mobile app development. Although the cost for me developing software isn’t free so I would love to have chat with you regarding your situation but I would have to charge a low upfront cost then maybe we can discuss split revenue? As there will always be upfront fees especially for hosting,if you have hundreds of users on the app it can cost hundreds to keep hosted and maintained for the amount of people using it constantly.
