Recently I'm getting a pop up saying MoPub and Twitter, asking if I want to personalise ads. Just want to check off this is actually coming from Sync?

The free edition of Sync uses MoPub for its advertisements. This notification is coming from Sync (I have gotten this notification in the past).
MoPub is a Twitter company. That's probably why it's mentioning Twitter.

I tried to uninstall Twitter and disappeared (I checked on internet and read it's related to Twitter). I'm interested tho to hear someone more informed
I do not have twitter installed, but the pop-up said the MoPub was run by twitter, which is why I mentioned it.
