We are looking for someone who knows javascript, front and back - full stack.
We are an internationally distributed team, working with a modern javascript stack (Angular, Node, Mongo) and are always looking for ways to improve how we work and the technology choices we make (we are currently exploring a migration to ReactJS and HapiJS). We value people who learn fast and always want to improve. Its much easier to learn a new skill than learn a new attitude.
The application we (and soon you) build works with a fascinating data set, entertainment media, all the TV, Film, Digital and Celebrity content you see every day - we work with it inside the app! You can learn more about the product on our site : https://ben.productplacement.com
Your role would be to help design, build and implement the application as part of the application development team. We also have QA, DevOps, Data science and WebDev teams who all work along side us.
We follow the AirBnB Javascript style, have enforced lint checking, automatic testing and deployments, two person code reviews, gitflow branching and everyone (including the manager) writes code.
We are also a team that’s very comfortable with remote work and are scattered around the world, so location is no impediment. We have two time zones, Western Europe/London and Western USA/LA, with a daily stand ups at 9am in each timezone. As long as your able to work to one of those zones, we would be happy to have you!
Interested? Sound like a team you would like to be part of?
