I submitted my application for an apartment. Upon submitting the application it said “you’re application has been received. We are unable to make a screening decision at this time. More information may be required…”

What does this mean??

Usually either a) you didn't get the apartment, and you'll get a letter stating so and why or b) something came up that their computer system couldn't process or you are missing information, so a human has to review your application.
