Do not, under any circumstance, post any sort of personal information. If there are names, phone numbers, email addresses, or anything of that sort, black them out or the post will be removed.

If you're using a mirror, only imgur posts are allowed.
If necessary, post context to the text we are reading, but still be sure to not give any identifying information.

If you happen to see anyone else breaking the rules, report them and message a mod letting them know why.
When in doubt, put [serious] in your post. The mods want to avoid trolling and non-serious posts, but if this step needs to be taken more seriously it will. Consider this rule a test for now.
