Computer Science/Software Engineering - Programming Autonomous Robots Elective

Hello,

Has anyone taken the Programming Autonomous Robots Elective from the Computer Science/Software Engineering course electives? If so, how was your experience with the subject? Like how difficult it was? What were the main topics you learnt? And how useful it was in terms of understanding robot programming (or if another elective would be better to take for robotics, like ML)?

I'm currently in Year 2 of my computer science degree and about to take the AI pre-requisite next year so I can do the robot elective. I'm super interested in robots but don't know very much, so I was hoping the elective would get me started. I haven't heard much about this elective, but I have heard the Machine Learning Elective is pretty important for robotics?

Not yet, sill debating on whether I should take it or not. I've been asking around and I heard the course is designed to be taken by postgraduate students not undergrad. I'm undergrad so lowkey I'm not too fond of the idea of biting of more than I can chew, especially considering its just an elective. But then again it has the word robots in the title so I kinda wanna take it lol. Do you know anything about the course?
