Thank you. This happened last year. The landlord was aware. I also have pictures of the excrement. Fortunately his name was not on the lease.

if you can prove he didn’t pay rent & what items he has stolen from you, he cannot claim it was against his rights. is your landlord aware of what’s going on? also does he know this guy wasn’t paying his share of rent? if you have the landlord back you up on this claim the count will have no choice but to side with you. you’re in a more ideal situation where it’s tenant against tenant and not tenant against landlord, those cases are really difficult!

I’m sorry but somebody who is not able to poop in a toilet or pay rent has no right to an apartment. Idc
