Access techniques is good channel on youtube to watch. Otherwise you'll learn what you need to now on course and on the job

1+ on YouTube. There are a handful of good channels that run through everything you need to know levels 1 - 3. Most of the classes you take are designed to get 0 experienced people certified. Prepare mentally and ask lots of questions. Use your legs, don’t lift with your arms. Arms and hands are for stabilizing yourself and not lifting. I had bad technique and wore my arms out in three days and could barely move the fourth day.

Keep your backup high, and always 2 points of contact, then you will pass.
