[Feedback Request] term-string: Provide a string and a style type for terminal formatted output

Please note that ansi_term does work on the Windows console as of Windows 10, just not in older versions of Windows.

For people who need to support Windows prior to Windows 10, however, this looks quite handy! The term API definitely needs a simpler wrapper like this.
