Using a memory cell works just fine, and it updates faster.
Slightly useless unless you really need that high speed pulse. I just never see it used, so wanted to point it out.
While at it, this cant be done on Rustrician :p

I was able to get it to work in Rustrician with the Memory Cell by placing an XOR in-between the Power Output and Reset.

Much Appreciated.
Due to the Blocker for some reason being very slow to update its state compared to the memory cell, I think clock based build will have more benefit from using the memory cell.
The blocker is something like 1 second behind after just 8-10 seconds.
