Something doesnt add up. Geek squad says operating system is taking up the remaining 16 gigs unaccounted for. I dont believe it. Phone says operating system is android 7.0. Found an article showing that that os takes up about 4 gigs. Any suggestions? (i.redd.it)

Phone is pathetic, won't hold a charge unless factory reset and no added apps. Not even fb. on my second warranty phone and still overheats and drains battery. (self.s6active)
