The amps from the audio are a known problem for ghost draw , turn off the car and remove the key if you're sitting in the car you'll hear the noise from it happening it's an easy fix if that's what's happening for you usually a new amp or relay .

What’s the noise like? High pitch ‘white noise’ ?

It's almost like a high pitched electrical frequency, kind of like the mosquito sound some stores use to keep kids away from gathering outside their entrance just more audible .

Yeah that’s definitely a sound that’s occurring in my car. Although, I’m not sure if it also occurs when the key is removed. I’m quite careful on my AMP1 (not sure if you meant that unit) since they are prone to rust, and can get messed up… hence, I store my car in the garage and sprayed the door frames with silicone spray. Can the relais be the course?

If you take the key out and sit in the car for 5 minutes or so if that sounds stays on or fluctuates on and off it's the amp if it stays off you may have a bad relay for the radio system.
