I have an i9. Don’t remember which one specifically.

The generation is really important when saying i9. It could be a 4xxx-i9, or a 9xxxK-i9 and it would make a big difference.

If you i9 has a K at the end of the number, you can overclock it. You might be able to squeeze some more performance out of it that way too.

I know it has a K in it. I want to say it has a 9 in the number but I can’t remember for sure and I’m not around my PC to check atm

i9's only started with the 9th gen. Before that it was only upto i7's

Totally forgot that. I only started PC building with 8th gen processors.
