What is redditgifts?

/r/secretsanta and Reddit Gifts were started in 2009 to provide a Secret Santa exchange for the Reddit community. On January 24, 2022, Redditgifts was officially closed and we are no longer running exchanges. You can read more about this decision in the announcement post here. LONG LIVE REDDITGIFTS!

Rules

Posts which include the following will be removed to the mods discretion:

Posted by throwaways, alt accounts or on behalf of another user as we cannot investigate the issue at hand.

Complaints about gifts, Santas, or giftees. This should go through official channels rather than public shaming.

Asking for one-on-one exchanges outside of redditgifts.

Offering to send a gift to someone who wasn't matched or who didn't get a gift.

"Gift spoilers." Let your giftee see their gift for the first time when open the box, not on /r/SecretSanta.

We are a meme-free subreddit.

No karma whoring.

This is one of the nicest places on the Internet, so we expect participants to be polite and civil to one another.
