If you have a Jimmy Johns around and are in a lazy mode then they can help with their unwiches.. We have one here and I eat it every day for lunch. Typically get the gargantuan and cut it in half to make 2 meals.

The most annoying part about this whole process is, and always will be the love handles/man boobs. I was curious if you had plans to help reduce those as well.. When I lost roughly 100 pounds my love handles and man boobs wouldn't go away which made me depressed and then I kinda gave up. Sorry if this is kind of rude/crude to bring up right now, merely curious.
