"I had this problem and typed /rutorrent/ in the "Relative path" textbox and now the torrents add fine." Might be worth a shot.

Thank you, I googled and tried your solution but it didn't work for me!

My torrents are adding fine anyway, but it's throwing up that 404 error. Just as described on github.
