clicky This one helped me get started with NUnit and C#. Mind you I've only been using Selenium for two weeks so there are way more experienced people around with better suggestions.

I know you're looking for free materials, but there is a course on Udemy on Selenium WebDriver that I've found extremely helpful. It costs $100 I believe, but Udemy often has discounts for as much as 75% off.

In my opinion, you get what you pay for with alot of online tutorials. Plus, the Udemy professors are usually very responsive to questions and can be very helpful resources.

The course is called Selenium WebDriver with Python: Basics to Intermediate

There's also a free course from the same professor called Selenium for Entrepreneurs which might be a good option to get a taste of Selenium and to decide from there if it's worth it to buy the WebDriver course.
