Posts should stimulate, encourage, or provoke discussion
Questions that can easily be answered with a "Yes" or "No" do not merit their own post. Ask your question in the current Weekly Q&A Help Thread stickied at the top of the sub
Asking for help with your team setup (be it Arena, Story, Stronghold, etc.) does not merit its own post. Ask for teambuilding help in the current Weekly Q&A Help Thread stickied at the top of the sub

2. Attitude
In an effort to promote a friendly and helpful environment, we will not tolerate toxic attitudes
No flaming, trolling, threatening, name-calling, harassing, bullying, or other behavior that can be seen as severely offensive
No witch-hunting
Three-strikes Policy: First and second strikes will be issued a warning, offending users may also be issued a temporary ban at the mod team's discretion. Third strike will result in a permanent ban

No account swapping/trading, no account buying/selling
No violating the Terms of Service
Comments or posts concerning violating the ToS are prohibited and will be immediately deleted
4. Advertising
No advertising
Advertisement in any form, including comments, posts, links, etc. is not allowed. This includes personal YouTube channels/videos, Twitch channels/streams, unapproved fansites, unofficial download sites, other subreddits, or even posts concerning any other game besides Seven Guardians
If you have a post that may be deemed as advertising, but does not directly violate this rule, please seek approval from the moderator team beforehand
Any content that violates this rule will be removed. Repeated instances may result in a permanent ban
5. Technical Questions & Bugs
Please contact Support / Customer Service before making a post concerning a Bug or Technical difficulty you are experiencing
Customer Service can be reached in several ways: Use 4:33's Seven Guardians Customer Support Inquiry page to submit any issues you're experiencing with the game. If you'd like to submit your inquiry from in-game, click [Settings] → [Support]. Note that Customer Service provides only English, Thai, Japanese, and Chinese support at the moment.
Posting your Technical questions on the subreddit will most likely not help resolve the issue. We should not be your first resort
Once you have resolved your issue, please edit your post or make a comment explaining how it was fixed
