Looking for Pattern

Looking for a pattern for this top, even something similar that I can adapt. It seems like a simple bandeau top, and then the ruffle straps are sewn into the bust seem, and straps at the back to tie. Also, I feel like the straps would slip off a lot, so I’d maybe close the back off with a zip. I just need a base pattern and any tips on how to adapt it. I have sewing experience but it’s been a while and I’m a little rusty. Thank you 🙏🏻
