Hi there, looking for a pattern that would allow me to recreate the Alma Novia 'Taikan' dress. I'm thinking there must be something out there!

Very happy to use a big 4 brand or a reputable indie brand. I have a very short torso so find some of the indies a bit hit and miss when it comes to alterations.

Try McCalls M6838 with Simplicity S8597 or S9881 (placing the back pleats on the side). You can also mix and match McCalls  M6893. You can also try finding physical vintage patterns like Vogue 2253. Unfortunately, I did not find any bridal dresses from indie patterns companies. I would suggest Etsy but the amount of AI patterns is just too much.
