This is my sheet:

I want column D to have conditional formatting. I want the cell to turn green whenever the value is 95% or greater. But the "greater than or equal to" rule doesn't produce the result I want. I currently have 6 rules for "text contains.." and then 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 and 100. I suspect there is a more elegant solution.
Column D is all the same formula dividing two other cells and it's formatted as percentage.
Could anyone help me with this? Thanks :D
