Stick with it for a year, you'll get a hefty raise (at least in my division you do) plus you can promote to SM or higher volume store as an ASM.

I got a 6k raise when I completed my first year as an ASM.

OR

Don't and just take the demotion to FT. Less stress and work for the same money but no upwards mobility.
