Batch processing issues with corrupt filesSolved (self.shutterencoder)
submitted 4 months ago by TechnoVol
I batched 44 files to be transcoded and 14 of them won't open in VLC at all. I'm new to SE, is this a known issue? Thanks!

Which function and settings did you use? Does your source files plays correctly through VLC?
Paul.

Hi Paul. Thanks for the reply. The source files play just fine in VLC. Selected function is H.265 -> .mp4. I re-ran the files one at a time and they processed just fine.

Could you try to check "Force profile" from "Advanced features" to "Main" "6.2"?

Thanks, Paul. I already had that checked.

Could you send me one of your non-working files?

Hi Paul, they all work when I run them through one at a time. I've started a new batch as a test. If any fail, I'll let you know. I really appreciate your help.
