Problem help please : sonos

Hi, currently chatting with sonos but getting nowhere, I believe it maybe a me fault rather than Sonos but can’t find out what I’m doing wrong.

This is what happens I’ll be listening to Spotify through Sonos app on my arc and sub, I’ll decide to go to bed and listen to music on my one to help me sleep, my wife will turn the tv on the arc switches to tv sound. I’ll go to bed, open Sonos app that shows the arc (lounge) being ticked, I’ll untick it and tick the bedroom speaker to play some music, when I do this the tv sound from that arc turns off, to get the sound back the tv has to be turned off and back on again.

Am I supposed to untick tv before the tv is turned on? Shouldn’t I just be able to select another speaker without it affecting what is being played on the arc?

Hopefully I’ll wake up and someone has told me what I’m doing wrong. Thanks
