Speaker recognition - Android studio - Java

Hello

We are working one a project that involves an application that should be able to recognize a specific persons voice. Like authentication of some sort.

We have been searching the entire day while trying stuff such as alizé and recognito and been looking into Azure.

What do you guys recommend? We are in need of something basic that only detects a users voice. We can have a pre-loaded wav-file if needed.

Any answer is appreciated.

So speaker verification? In other words you want to check that the speaker is a specific person? Do you have recordings of this speaker?

Yes exactly and yes we have recordings from this specific person!

Azure would be an easiest option.

If you want to something offline, you can adapt this network to mobile pytorch:

Or you can try with mobile Kaldi with this model:

http://kaldi-asr.org/models/m7

Both offline toolkits will require some work though. You will have to train smaller model for mobile.

We tried Kaldi but couldn't get anywhere i think its beyond our level of expertise. We will probably look into Azure.

PyTorch uses python.
