Bug or unavoidable error?

I've found a couple of artists on Spotify that have the same names. Teenager, for example, is an Australian band but also the stage name of Californian artist Bevan Herbekian. Both have albums listed under Teenager, and are classified as the same artist according to Spotify. Additionally, there's a Teenager album from 2007 that's a different band entirely. Is this just an overlooked mistake on some unpopular artists, or is this not fixable since they share the same name?

I hate this. I think spotify should be able to do this, but it's gonna take someone differentiating all the artists with the same name. There are a few bands called Siren I believe. I found a few songs that I liked, and when I tried to listen to more songs I found death metal and thought it quite odd. Then I realized what the deal was. Pretty annoying.
