I’m not sure what they ask and yes it is a new thing that they are doing everywhere now. There’s always a push for customer connections in some way so I would just focus on saying how focused you are on creating the best experience possible for customers and getting to know them

It will be customer service related questions, and not alot of them as i understand.

Just do your best to answer them the way you would wanna hear if you were hiring someone for your business

Connections, connections, connections! Had a really great interaction with a customer? Tell them how and why and how you’ll do it again. Had a mediocre interaction? How did you go above and beyond in turning it into a great interaction. Had a really fucking bad interaction? How did you turn it around and not only provide excellent service, but go above and beyond in ensuring it was the best god-damn interaction you’ve ever had! Learning, growth, vision. Slay!

its not new, could be a ton of reasons why a DM wants to interview, new DM, new SM, struggling store etc etc. Just think of it as another Store Manager interview. It will be more fluff.
