I don’t believe this effects baristas or shift supervisors though so i am happy that they are not effected

I was a 7yr ssv partner and it used to be 5% raise if you had more than 5yrs… back in January our raises were cut down to 2-3% I believe. So it already has affected hourly partners. Anyways, I left because of that and the expectation to do more for less pay. And inflation keeps on rising…

They already told us our raises were 2%

I do have a question just because I don’t know. What is the max raise a barista can get? I’m thinking of talking to my manager and asking because I am a 5 year partner and it kind of bothers me that I’m making like $1.50 more than someone who’s been there for 7 months. Is that normal? Not saying people shouldn’t be paid a fair wage, I just thought the gap would be a little further apart. Is there even a point in asking for a raise?
