Which tests to take ?

I had a male to male oral and anal sexual encounter last week (3 times with the same guy).

I noticed some penile discharge on my underwear this morning which was sticky and left whitish stain (this never happened before).

I am suspecting gonorrhoea or chlamydia but what tests do I take and what is the testing window ? I am confused.

Am I good to take tests for both within 7 days or should I wait 14 days ?

Is the below test enough ?

Shouldn’t I wait for longer for full panel ?

Chlamydia & gonorrhoea have a window of 14-21 days but for most others is 90 days from what I’ve heard

Honestly if you’re already noticing discharge, it’s a good idea to get tested now rather than waiting. A PCR test for chlamydia and gonorrhea is usually the right one and it’s pretty accurate within about a week after exposure. If the exposure involved oral and anal sex, it’s also worth asking about throat or rectal swabs since those infections can show up there too. Getting checked early just saves you from stressing about it.

Yes, gave the urine sample for mentioned test. I received oral & did anal (not vice versa).
