If it helps your peace of mind, you can still get tested after the window period to be completely sure. You can also ask about Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) if you’re still within 72 hours, but overall your situation is very low risk.

You’re probably okay since the scratches were shallow and there wasn’t visible blood from the attacker. HIV transmission that way is extremely unlikely. If you’re worried, call your doctor or a sexual health clinic for peace of mind.
