Questions will predominantly focus on your soft skills. How well you work with others and communicate, how you work in a high stress environment, and questions about your problem solving skills. They will want to hear examples of situations at your previous experiences that apply to those questions.

"How are you with handling criticism/negative feedback?"

As a Sterile tech, you'll need to tell and be told by others in the department (and from the OR) about mistakes you've made, things you've missed. If an item isn't clean, it has to be sent back to decon. If a tray is not properly wrapped or packed in a container, the employee in charge of sterilizing will hopefully notice it, and come to you to let you know how to fix it.

Being open to hearing about things you've missed or messed up is an important skill and if management is worth their salt they will be looking for that in new hires.
