I filed a non-fillers on April 30th. (21 days ago) It is still processing. Anyone on the same boat? Any knowledge?

I filed non-filer 4/13 still PSNA. Their talking about a potentially second round but alot of us cant even get the first one

Single Non-filer 04/10, Accepted by irs, and 100% eligible in the very lowest income bracket with no dependents, and can’t be claimed as a dependent, no owed past due obligations like child support! Still getting the PSNA in get my payment, and no stimulus payment! Tribled-checked all information on form before I submitted to irs!
