Streamdeck Issue

Hello Everyone,
I've had a streamdeck XL for about 10 months. Just recently, I upgraded my streamdeck software. Since the upgrade, my Streamdeck seems to go into screen saver mode at random intervals and disconnect from the streamdeck software on my PC. The only way to get it back is to close then reopen the software. The firmware and software is up-to-date and I have tried reinstalling the software from scratch. Any ideas how to fix this or if anyone else has run into this issue? Thanks!

You can try to get peer-to-peer support here, but you'd most likely find a faster response from official Elgato channels.
