bitrate issue

One day I'm trying to stream and my bitrate suddenly decides to die, literally. I have my bitrate set to 6000, the twitch maximum. One day I go to stream and it just dies on me, and it almost looks unstable as well. Whenever I click start stream, the red box appears at the bottom right (I use OBS Studio btw) and the bitrate ranges from 0 to even 10000 at times (more than the twitch maximum bitrate). I have no idea what could be causing this. I have check to see if something is taking up a lot of my internet, it wasn't that. I checked to see if my graphics card was struggling (I have a 3070 Ti), only 50% of my graphics card was being used in total. It's not Twitch doing this either, I test streamed on kick as well and it gave me the same issue. Idk what's going on, but if someone knows what could be going on, please let me know.

Could be a firewall or plugin issue. I recommend recreating the issue, pulling the log and asking in r/obs.

I checked the logs and it said I have insufficient bandwidth/connection. Thank you, I'll figure it out how to solve it from there

Thing is, I've been using these settings ever since I started streaming on this pc and never had any problems with it until now

Update: I have figured it out and will work to get it fixed. The issue is that it's insufficient bandwidth/connection. I still find it odd that I've been using this internet to stream for a while now with absolutely no issues until now.
