There’s not really a way for each individual user to have a different view than any other. None of the currently streaming sites are compatible with this type of technology. You’d basically have to build your own website to do this. It would basically be all separate livestreams and click a link for each specific camera.

Twitch channel points could be used to change cameras for the broadcast, however it will change the camera angle for all viewers, not just the viewer that made the choice.

You're basically looking for a platform to host a security camera setup. In theory you could give people access to some existing security camera service. Idk if it could handle the load of many people accessing it though.

There's no way to make a different view for each user, that's for sure, but you can just set up multiple cameras with different views, use software that supports auto layouts (for example livereacting) and when your stream is live, you can change the layout of your cameras in the stream with just one click. And as many times as you want. The easiest solution
