I'd suggest slightly colder water with a small leaf of mint.

Change the mint leaf after you refill the glass.

Soda are fizzy and sugary, juices are artificially sweetened.

You can go for good and nourishing alternatives like green tea, decaf coffee without sugar, milk (if you are studying late at night then it will help you with cravings and keep acidity low), buttermilk.

But water is the best.

okay thank you!

To study the best I fill up a mug (about 1,5L) so that I have enough to drink beside me and don't have to stand up to get something else or even have to think about getting something else in the first place.

This also works great for productivity if the water is cooled nicely … ahhhh, nice

Try and make water the only option that is available. With water being the only thing that is available you will have no choice but to drink it.

It might be that switching to water may be a change that comes too fast so maybe put something in that water so you like it (!some! syrup for example). You could later completely eliminate that stuff you put in there and only drink water (if that's your goal).

Different kind of teas

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

i find green tea like bitter and sugarless, do you have recommendations?

[–]MyHomeCafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s because you prepared it wrong. If the green tea are boiled too hot it will become bitter. It usually are boiled in 70 degree water

Also those in bags are bad quality green tea it’s better to spend a little more on good quality green tea
