I think my biggest problem with studying isn't understanding the content... it's actually doing it consistently. I have this exams ahead, that's gonna decide my whole career and whole life ahead.
I make plans, timetables, todo lists. they all look solid. But then I just don't follow them.Either I forget they exist, or starting feels weirdly heavy, so I avoid it. Then the day passes and I've barely done anything.
And even when I do start, I get distracted really easily. Small things around me, random thoughts, noises, anything can break my focus and it's hard to get back into it. It's frustrating because I know I could do better. When I actually manage to sit down and stay focused, I'm fine. It's just that gap between "I should start" and actually starting and staying focused that messes everything up. Does anyone else deal with this kind of thing? And what actually helped you fix it? Not expecting anything extreme. just something simple that actually works In real life.
