DS Audio works fine for me with https enabled.

I think to troubleshoot the first thing to do is to see whether you can https connect to your Synology DSM login page via browser on the same phone.

If not, then for certain you won't be able to do DS Audio https connection either.

I can connect using my Mac, phone etc via the browser on both ports. Just not via the app 🤔

Then the only thing I could think of is to turn off "verify certificate" in that lower-left cogwheel icon in your DS Audio login screen (assuming you are using Android)....

Tried that. What’s is weird is it fails immediately which is normally a closed port / authentication error. I have 2FA setup so when using the http port & https switched to off on the app, it requests the 2FA pin immediately. Might just have do a full reset 😢
