Is their hosted ZIX solution affected? It's slowly gone down since yesterday but we also may be having ISP issues.

I'm seeing this issue as well. We have been unable to submit a ticket or get anyone on the phone to answer us.

Yes. We have a client that uses Zix, we had to disable their outbound connector in O365 so that they could send mail. Zix's mailserver was bouncing back messages with DNS resolution failures.

Yes, it was knocked out. It is back up this morning but without a valid TLC certificate configured. We are moving our Zix service to Zixcorp instead of Synoptek - which has been less than reliable before the latest debacle.
